OK easy one to start with. Find a step. Step up onto it then down again, this counts as one. Do 50 of these. If you like when you have done it then post on here Havent done mine yet, have got a proper step somewhere but cant find it lol. Liz x

Blooming heck Liz, are you trying to give me heart failure LOL 50!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can I use a stair lift? Is a cigarette permitted whilst I do it LOL.
Can I use good old yellow pages intead of a step? Or maybe a little plank of wood. Seeing as I cant get my dodgy legs up, a step and live in a one storey house.
Have you done yours yet?

ok, just done that and now my calf muscles hurt! LOL. And I am breathless! I have done more in those 50 steps than i did when i went for a swim this morning! LOL xxx

yes lol Well done WG, it is hard on the calf muscles, I usually do calf raises with these then it really burns. Liz x

No problem you lot. What I can do is write up some exercises for different parts of the body which you can dip into and do what you want to. Will do that later on tonight. I will make sure you can do them at home without any weights etc or you can do them by using things around the home. Done mine so you can stop moaning Chica Liz x

Great idea though Liz and I'm right with you all, there is no way you would see me dead in a gym anyway.

You can use anything as a step, large book eg phone book will do so you cant escape hehehehe

Really need exercises for the jelly belly please.
And this is so much better than going to the gym - exercise in the comfort of your own home - nice.
