oh yep - sorry we do have them (checked on the website). Actually I had one the other day - yummy!! They're not a big thing over here though - but do go on sale along with all the other Easter eggs just after Christmas!

how are the diets going girls? So far I was giving up sugar in my coffee and tea, then I went to see the counsilor (can anyone spell that) and then felt lousy so I had sugar today in my coffee! Then I sat here and ate half a medium size bag of maltesers. Now I feel the need for crisps! Must be that time of the month coming around again!!!!!! Bad time for me to try to give up anything cos I crave crisps and chocolate at that certain time.

I think this is how you spell counsellor.
Been having a bad few days myself, can't give up chocolate or cake. My mother in law knows I want to lose weight so her advice is to wear tight uncomfortable clothes (only wearing elasticated waistbands at moment cos nothing else fits!) then I would be encouraged to diet and exercise more!!!!!!!!
Aargh if only it was that easy!

I've got a few tips - hope they help - but please dont get as obsessed as I am over weight! OK - dont change your diet completely - it never works - believe me. To begin losing weight just change what you already eat to lighter, fat free varieties and forget about limiting sugar in the beginning. If youre a sweet tooth - eat lighter varieties of deserts, lite chocolate and jelly kind of lollies dont have any fat in them. Change to light butter/margarine and limit cheese. My husband wont eat or drink anything light so I have 2 types of almost everything in my house! Also - the Windsor pilates DVD's are fantastic. I bought them through Guthrey Renker (Cant rember exactly what they're called but if you have the infomertials over there you'll know what I mean) If youre not really into physical activity theyre perfect as the exercises are all done lying down on the floor! Hope this helps a little - and you still dont hate me since I've just got back to my ideal weight Take Care Love Carmen
