As some of you may know I am doing a research and technology degree and I hope to research PNI and how an on line community like this one can most effectively support people with PNI and related issues.
The degree is work based which means to start with I have to identify the work place and my role within it .
But my work is administrator of this forum and coordinating the charity PNI ORG UK and I work mostly alone ans from home so many of the questions I have been asked do not directly apply as they ask me to ask my colleges and my 'line managers' about the skills requited for my work and my competencies etc .
So I regard you all as my colleges as this is a 'self help' forum and I am not sure I have any line managers. I do have a management committee and I will ask them separately but I was hoping members who use this forum would try to answer so questions for me
So I want to ask you all to help me? Even if you have only been on here a short while you could answer as much as you feel you can
It would help me out a lot and the more replies the better!!

Questions :
I am really stuck with this assignment and time is running out as I need it in by the 14th which as it is about 4000 words this means working all over easter and I have to incorporate colleges and line managers opinions into this assignment
So I really need some contributions .
Please reply below and if you want to please respond on my learning Journal as well this would be helpful too - the learning journal can be found at:

This is part of the module where it asks me to:
- interview my line manager to find out what he/she thinks I should know and be able to do (recorded in my Learning Journal)
- have a discussion with colleagues I work with (recorded in my Learning Journal)
Thank you all for your time
