If you want to keep an online daily or weekly diary/journal, please start your own thread here. Some like to do this as it can help to find patterns in your PNI. However this section is not "private" and can be viewed by others.
It has long been considered a useful tool for PNI sufferers to keep their own Diary or Journal, but some may want to do this online. This section was created mainly so that members could find patterns in their PNI and keeping a journal can help to identify triggers which make you feel worse or ‘feed’ your PNI and things that help you to feel better.
A Journal can help you keep track of things such as treatments, medications, mood fluctuations, etc. It can even be used to take with you to see your GP or consultant
However we do not want forum participants who are in crisis to ‘slip through the net’ so if you have an issue you feel you need help with which arises through writing your journal, please use the main ‘Post Natal Illness’ section to talk about how you are feeling because as this section is for your own personal Journal – while others are able to respond on your thread and possibly will – you may not get the help and support you need if you only post an issue, situation or feeling on your journal and not on the general boards.
Thank you for reading these guidelines

Hi Gail Welcome to the site Yes you can start your own diary and reply to others if you like? Would you like me to start one for you? Not suggesting you couldn't do it yourself Just wondered if that would help? Hopefulxx

Hi Gail,
You are already in the section ‘My PNI Dairy'....
From the point where you first see my reply, you will see above this, that it says ‘last post’ and above that again, ‘new thread’
Click on ‘new thread’ and away you go.
Let us know if any probs.
Love Hopefulx

Hi Gail
I'll temporarily set one up and then if you want, you can delete it and start your own. After you have read this, go back to the main forum (where you first come in), go into 'MY PNI Diary' and along the top of this 'box' where all of our entries are is a 'bar' along the top. On this bar it should say 'new thread'. Don't worry it's taken me ages to get the hang of it!
Hopefulx

Hi First time using a forum and like the idea of keeping a diary to track good/bad days. I can't see a new thread link either, could I ask you to set one up for me please? Many thanks
