I agree that karate is good, especially when you feel a bit down . Andrea, what area are you from? Do we know what weekend yet as am sure I havent missed it lol. Liz x

Hi Liz, I'm from Warwickshire but a lot of our karate guys are from Coventry & some from Birmingham. Whereabouts is the awareness weekend held & what exactly is it?? (sorry, not been before). Any info you have at this stage would be great. (I'm hoping it's the end of May as I'm away at the start). Axxx

Yeah that is what I was planning towards.
Andrea - we will hold the AW all over the country. If people wish to set up events for the AW in their own area we will have a form to fill in and supply all the relevant flyers, sponsorship forms etc...

Sorry forgot to put i think the idea of a coffee morning sounds fab - we could put loads of info about PNI and where to get help and open it up for all including those suffering but also health visitors, midwifes etc etc so they can signpost!
Let me know Liz and we can organise something for down here and get the local paper involved if they bother to turn up this time lol!
