You can do this on Monday hun. And stop thinking about it until then. The more you question if you can do it on Monday the more doubt you will put in your mind!
I am sorry you are struggling. Are you working today??

Hi
How are you this pm? You've admitted that things are out of control and have done something nabout it - sthat's a huge step to take but you've done it. it must be incredibly scary now that you've got the ball rolling but it's for the best.
You mentioned that soemthing else has happening and made you feel bad - additional pressures can take a huge toll on how you feel - sending you huge hugs nad here if and when you want to talk.
Do you have any plans for this pm?
Love
Monica

Thought I couldn't get any colder than I was going to the fireworks last night. But was proved wrong when I took DS to football this mormomg. Took about an hour before I could feel my toes again!
Feeling really fat and horrible today. Have eaten more than I wanted cos hubby and son were here so couldn't get away with skipping meals. And cos I slept for a couple of hours this afternoon I feel like I haven't done enough either. So not impressed with myself.
Just want to get tomorrow out of the way now. The sooner Monday comes the better as I don't want to lose my nerve xx

Ok, I have a problem. My husband's realised something's going on. When I was getting dressed this morning he commented on how I look saying I've got skinny. Then he asked me if I'm eating enough and started asking what I have at lunchtimes at work. Think I managed to sound convincing but then had to eat far more than I planned to today so he didn't get even more suspicious. So now I feel horrible and I'm gonna have to work even harder this week to lose any weight I've put on xx

Well, today was a waste of time really. I'mm seeing the psychiatrist again in a month and having blood tests again then as well. That's it.
So, as I'm seeing the psychologist tomorrow I'm gonna talk to him about it as I guess it's up to me to sort things out now. But I'm gonna need help and support as it's too scarey and hard to do on my own xx

It went ok with the psychologist. As well as talking about why this is all happening, he gave me some practical tips too. Most importantly, it was to try not to focus on eating meals, but to eat 6 small snacks a day. That way it'll kepp up blood sugar and serotonin. So I came home and ate an apple. I know it doesn't sound like much but I usually don't eat anything during the day so this was really hard for me.
It's not gonna be easy but I'm trying xx

Feeling much calmer today cos I haven't eaten. I know I should be eating but when I tried I felt disgusting and got really panicky and anxious. So for the time being I can't manage it. Will speak to the psychologist again on Tues xx
