Hi Skeeder/Mel,
Glad you have found it helpful. Seems a bit quite here this hot weekend - everyone out and about. But it does get busy and lots of people come around to chat. As Weeble says - use us as much as you like and share if it helps. We all have had some experience of PND and can relate. Hope you feel improvement soon.

Hello, Im a new member who has simply joined in hope that i might be able to give comfort and help to anyone suffering PNI. I suffered with PND nearly 5 years ago after having my daughter so in a sense i am well recovered. However i still have reminents of the illness long term moderate depression anxiety and panic attacks. This aside to anyone out there who is a new mum in a serious low and difficult place all i can simply say is it will get better the fog will clear and you will like me feel human again. I wish i had discovered this site 5 years ago because it would have helped me no end. I think its fantastic that its out there run by survivors and sufferes alike women who really understand and can really help even if its just to normalise a few of the symptoms your feeling. Seriously though as horrible low awful and horrendous you feel right now there really is hope. Easy for me to say harder for you to believe I'm sure, please remember i was you 5 years ago and all though i struggle a little im a million times better than I was and you really will be too. Here for anyone who wants to talk whenever i can. Just remember stay strong and keep going and the only inspiration you need is laying right there in that cot. Much appreciation to this site and to the team xx

Hi there. I joined this site today because I have been suffering from pnd for the last 18 months or more and although I got through it I am now dealing with the fallout from everything that I did whilst I was ill. I am grateful that there is support for all sufferers of this awful condition and just wish I had known more earlier as had i realised i was ill and obtained treatment i feel sure things wouldn't be as bad as they are now. I send thoughts and best wishes to everyone who is suffering, whether directly or indirectly through family or friends xx
