Hi my daughter is 5 months old and i have been prescribed seroxat from the doctor but am scared to take it. he said that it will make me feel worse before feeling better. did you find this? how do you cope if you feel worse first? i really dont think i could hack it if i get any lower. at the moment i'm trying lots of alternative type things to make me feel better. it does some days but others i just feel awful. also does pnd actully go. if i carry on as i am with the alternative therapies and hope that i'll get better over time is this a silly thing to expect. please anyone any help would help. i feel terrible. hi my name is tracy my son is 7 months old and i have post natel depression i have it since he was three days old and it is the most scariest thing i have ever had i am 99% better now i am still on anti depressants (seroxat) i still have low days but nothing to what i had my husband has been the best and my family has been really supportive and friends are just great. i feel for all those women who do not have support or are going through it right now like i was. good luck to all of you tracy[/quote]
