Things just been tough today & im feed up. I know this is just a bad day and it will pass but just disheartened today.

Hard days and blips are the most frustrating bit of this illness and tomorrow is another day. What's bothering you the most today? Or is it everything? X

Been doing really well. Middle child ill & father in law criticaly ill so hubby out alot more. Just the stress / saddnesswatching someone pass away.

You've got a lot on your plate . I'm so sorry to hear about your fil - must be very difficult and stressful. Anyone would feel low/anxious. With PNI these feelings can be magnified. How is your son? Keep talking. Hope you pick up soonx
