As Monica said my psychologist told me to take my meds in the morning as it could affect sleep if taken in the evening. Could be worth a try if you aren't already?
Don't worry about the weight for now. I have put on over a stone easily since becoming ill but didn't let it bother me because I had enough going in. Now I'm better ill crack it and soon get it off again. Worry about the weight after - eat what you need to eat to keep your mood balanced at the moment. It's all about being kind to yourself for the time being.x

Hi
Have you told your dr about the headaches? It's worth asking. Bear in mind these can be a symptom of anxiety - often you don't even realise how tense you are all the time. Try relaxation techniques? I can give you some if you like x

Here's a couple thst worked for me.
Lie down and place your hands on your stomach. Take a slow deep breath feeling your stomach rise and focus on it. Repeat.
Tense your muscles for 5-10 secs then release. Repeat.
Practise these as they might not work immediately.
Anxiety is terrible as it can trigger the flught of fight response where the blood goes to the extremities to fight or run. However if there is no threat there it da make you feel sick , palpitations headaches tingling do anything that relaxes you can prevent these symptoms.
Try looking st you tube there's lots of relaxation stuff on there. What do you enjoy doing? X

Definitely try YouTube for some videos. I found breathing the most effective way for me - slowing it down and being aware of it but to be honest I'm not great at using them myself as I find it really hard.
Personally for me I found it more effective to do relaxing things such as drawing or colouring to help stop thoughts and anxiety in their tracks xx

Hi What help me most is the courage and testimony i get from this group because it was here I learnt that antidepressant can help which really help me then I eat regularly, exercise everyday but the most important thing is the courage and hope i get from here because anytime am ill i always beleive am going to be fine that is just a normal thing and i will take my drug and move on with my day and nothing will happen to me, i change my thinking as my doctor told me and anytime anxiety set in I will take a deep breath and relaxed...that is how all those symptoms start to go one after the other..
