Thought i would share a story with you all
when my son ethan was born it was by an emergency c section, my husband by my side ( granted not by choice)
1 year later we were watching holby city and there was a c section happening as usual quiet explicit
Tony my husband turned to me and said "bet your glad that yoiu didn't have that done, can you image the pain and discomfort, no you did it the best way "
i asked him how he thought ethan was born and he shrugged, i stood and should him my scare
he went white
men eahhh

I agree ladies. It can't be easy to live in a world where we men make it so difficult to being a woman. My wife had a planed c section at the birth delivering our sixth child. I know what a distressful and utterly terrifying experience it can be. Moe was very scared and I was quite worried as well, but felt that I better reassure her all I could. I joked and laugh with her. Having a slight morbid humor I said that since I had previously work in health care they would let me do the cutting, if she wanted me to. She declined, thank God for that. ;D But it was not easy to keep the smiling face when the head surgeon called out: Can I get some help here. Oh, look at all the blood. She and the rest was really good to the love of my life, but the comment we could have done without. After a bit of posting I think that Veritee's Barry, Hopeful's husband and yours truly might start a club that goes well with your perception of men, but goes towards where ye wants us to be: The Post-Dinosaur Club All the best ladies and don't let us get away with stupidity anymore.
