Go for a cycle on my trike with dog ( see pic on the photo album) every other day.
push hoover for at least half and hour , every other day
use my exercise machine for 20 minutes a day to subsitute not being able to walk far
Give hubby a good work out about once a week when home - I will aim at more but he may not be up to it!
Lift glass of wine after 7
not to forget exercising fingers on keyboard nightly
Ask GP about the possibility of a gym club prescription asap
Cant think of of anything else for now
But Ill add to it later
All the best

I think that exercise is a great idea but after what happened with my rowing machine, I don't think I will be using any equipment. Might try to go for more walks with Jo except walking at her pace, it might not be classed as exercise.
Might give hubby a good work out but won't be drinking the wine. I'd much rather have pure orange and soda.

After a shaky start I have gone on a cycle ride 2 days running - took hubby today on his moutain bike he has nt had out the shed for 3 years, trouble is he does nto need excercise, he needs rest and building up.
Also used my excercise machine too.
weight exactly the same though!!!!!
perhaps the wine glass lifting is in conflict - so I may have to knock this on the head.
What a shame!!

I heard on the radio the other day that women who drink 2 glasses of wine a night are more healthy than those who did not drink at all, so I think the wine drinking may be an integral part of any exercise regime. Also when you start exercising, you can often put weight on th start with, the wieght redistibutes itself around your body and it may take a few eeks to lose any wieght. You start building muscles before you start losing the fat.
I will join this excersise soon, i promise, I am trying to go to a dance class, but things keep coming up.
Anyway, good luck to everyone else!!!!
Love

It looks like I have been made to join this. My doctor gave me a fitness for life persciption so now no excuse. I wondered if everyone else that is thinking of joining the gym is aware of this. I for one need all the finacial help that is available and gym membership isnt cheap.

Need to wait for my gym induction before i can use the equiptment so wont be in there til next week but still going to take advantage of the aerobic classes.

hi guys i haven't set any aims yet really because i know if i don't achieve them i will feel bad.
however, this week i have had 3 45 min walks with the baby at a fast pace. i definetely feel the benefit of these. i also cleared the garden hut out on wednesday which was good exercise.
i hope to keep up the walks next week as well even if i don't feel like it initially.
lots of love collette x

Well i managed to go swimming with the girls on Sunday. Not a whole lot of swimming was actually done by me because the pool is so shallow (only about 1.1 meter) but i suppose it was still excercise.
