Having read some of the posts on here, i'm actually amazed at how many different physical symptoms are out there! I always thought it was just me who's PND manifested as physical as well as emotional issues.
I feel really really exhausted - not exactly tired, but just like my body is on its last legs. Then when I go to be I can't sleep, and when I do get to sleep I have constant vivid dreams which wake me up every hour or so.
I have little appetite, even foods that I normally love have no appeal to me. But not eating makes me feel really sick, and also affects my ability to sleep.
The weirdest thing though is this shaky, fuzzy headedness that I get. Not like i'm going to faint or anything, just like i'm not quite all there. I feel kind of cold and shivery, and my hands and feet have a fuzzy feeling in them, not like pins and needles, but sort of like I might be about to get pins and needles.
Can anyone else relate to these?

Hi Lili
Welcome to the sitex
Yes I can really relate to what you are saying. I too was surprised that such physical symptoms could mean I had PNI?! I had the fuzzy head/ the insomnia etc -there are quite a few threads on this in this section.
Please feel free to use the forum in any way that will help
Love Hopefulxxx

Hi
I, too, was plagued with many physcal symptoms and these certainly preceded any emotional ones. The fuzzy head you describe was one of the first ones I had. I felt really 'spaced out' as if I was deep inside myself. I also had exhaustion. I can remember walking to the haidresseers which was about 15 mins away and my legs feeling like lead and for no apparent reason. I also had tingling esp in my hands and feet.
I dont' knwo what caused all these. Many of my symtpoms preceded any anxiety I had so I don't think they were anxiety related.
If you're worried, please see your dr. I had loads of blood tests etc and everything was normal.
How old is your babe? Have you seen your dr?

Hi,
I used to get the fuzzy feeling, in fact that was my first symptom. This is a funny disease. I can only presume that these physical symptoms are caused by hormonal imbalances.

Hi there - just to say that I also feel so incredibly dizz, fuzzy, head in treacle , headachy, sick , weak and ill. I am amazed that this can be caused by PNI - it has made me even more miserable XX
