Hi YoYo
So sorry about the blip..I think they do come along every now and then. Do you remember the one I had at the end of last year when the GP wanted me to go on meds? I don't know where or why the blip came...but it did go again and then I felt better than I had during the whole course of PNI!
Here, have a BIG hug xxxxx
What you got planned for this weekend? Anything nice for you?

Hi, thanks H, appreciate that. This weekend has been fairly quiet - makes a nice change. Yesterday evening had my brother & sister-in-law round for a chinese (take away) and then we had wine and chatted and played a silly game. WIshed I could have enjoyed it fully but I managed to find some enjoyment there which is good. Today has been really hard - literally dragging myself to do anything - just glad hubby is aorund and is taking it so well. It'll pass and thing's will be better soon What about you? How's your w/end?

Today was a slow start but I can feel myself coming and going so I'm trying to be positive that I can turn this day around - off out later with my future sister in law and Jake and he loves her to bits so it's always fun to see him trying to eat her (She's black and he just loves to try and suck her face off - Doce reckons that he thinks she's mad eof chocolate!! LOL) then tonight it's the food shop - but baby free as hubby will be home to look after him so that'll be easier. Mum popped in this morning and my mother in law rang too (I didn't get annoyed by her so I must be having a betterday!!)
Could do without this blip but then I could've done without PNI too - but there's lots ot be learned from it hey.
How are you?

Going to take it easy today, feel tired...probably write my packing list and do the washing for Fri...and take a nap later me thinks.
How about you today? xx

Just looking back over the last month or so - seems this blip has lasted a while - but for the first time in a while I felt the fog really lift again. I really needed that to help me back on my feet. I was on a high last night and went shopping (food) at 9pm then came home and made flapjacks!!! LOL Yes I really am this barmy in non-PNI life!! Twas nice to be back for a while. Today has been steady but more up than down - think this blip is fading (hopefully)!!
-----------------------
Sorry for not replying to your post H - must have missed it. We hardly had any snow at all - just a bit of a shower but it didn't settle - shame as Jake enjoyed watching it and was pretty impressed by it when I put him in the car and it was snowing too x

I can't believe where the time has gone - esp when in the depths of PNI and each minute seems like a decade!! Almost a year flippin eck!! Yeah wasn't it June 05 we both joined or something? Craziness.
If we compare how we are now to then we're so oooooo much improved - but the blips keep coming - bring it on eh?
You've been so good to me over this time - as have so many on this great forum x x It really does make me choke up when I think about the support here x

Hi
congrats on the blue stars! I can only echo what the other have said - you'll be an ace moderator.
Glad you're coming out the blip. They can last, can't they. I can remember my first one was after an argument with some tosser builders. #they were in teh wrong not me, but I just went down hill. I'm convinced that doing some exercise brought me back again.
Take care
Monica

Thanks Mon Yeah the blips are a pain, I kept trying to tell myself it wan't one which I think made things worse somehow. Now I've accepted it - I'm doing much better x One day there'll be no more PNI blips - just life ones

H - Yeah, taking own advice is hardest thing to do though isn't it?! LOL ------ Fran - I think you're right about the blips seeming to last forever - when you look back it's not so long but at the time each minute seems to be a decade! You're such a sweetie x ----------
Hannah - thanks x Hope you had a good day?
