Hey Girls! How are we all?? Well we received a money order in the mail from Bretts mum for $400 as our wedding gift, mind you it was 3 weeks ago! I'm so annoyed with this whole situation...it frustrates me so much...so we were umming and ahhing over what we should do with the money. I didn't feel right keeping it, but brett said we cant send it back as it would make things worse. So mum suggested we spend it all on things Peter needs, take a picture of him with everything we buy and send it to her along with a bday card with a note saying we spent it on all things peter needs. That way she can never turn around and say we didn't use it correctly! For those of you who dont know, we aren't on good terms with bretts mum and havent been since January this year. So yeah...thats our dramam at the moment. He's meant to be calling his mum tongiht so i'll let you know how that goes! Works still going great! Take care girls, Love Nat xxx

I just finished making all of Peters 1st Birthday invitations!!! They are so cute...i can't believe my little man is one in the 15th December! This year has just flown and he's already having his 2nd Christmas...OH MY GOD!! I'm so excited about it though...i cant wait to start getting everything organised (which i'm starting this weekend)...so it should be fun! We also have organised his Christening for the 12th of February, so that's another big thing we will have to organise lol...this year's just crazy! First Peter was born at the end of last year, then all the hassles with bretts family, me having PNI, our wedding, me starting a new job, Peter's 1st bday, then christmas & new year and to finish it off his Christening lol! It's been a HUGE year for The Lynches lol!!!! Well thats my entry for today. Hope everyone is looking after themselves! Lots of love, Natalie xxx

Hi Girls, Well we went to Bretts mums 50th bday party, but only for about an hour! It was SO awkward to begin with!!! One of his brothers didn't even acknowledge me! It was such an uncomfortable situation!!!!!!!! It turned out ok in the end, but there's going to be so much work needed to patch things up. Things REALLY need to be sorted out! I'm sick of playing happy familys with his family when there's so many issues still there! How's everyone going with christmas preperations??? I'm so excited this year, i cant wait! Well just wanted to give you all an update! Love you all! Hugs and Kisses! Nat xxx

Gosh
I do not think I have done any yet!!! How are you ? How is married life treating you - is it like you expected or not.
How are things with your MIL. I hope you do not mind me asking as I do not want to dredge anything up you would rather forget about..
I just wondered if her attitude has changed now you are married - it sometimes helps.
Anyway I do hope you are OK and doing fine with life and your job
Its a pity you are so far away and do not get British TV as you can not join us in watching the real story tonight - but if you like I am going to try to record it so if I manage to get it on DVD I could send you a copy
Anyway
Bye for now
Veritee All the best Veritee

Hey Ladies... Veritee....Married life is great! Not much has changed besides the name and the joint bank accounts Things are slowly improving with MIL...we've decided to try and patch things up, but just move slowly...we're going over for dinner on monday. Bretts made it clear to her that now we are a family unit, he wants myself and peter included in everything...so that made me feel positive about this. GIrls im so excitied about christmas...i dont know why but this year it seems extra special. I think because petey was too young last year to understand (he was 2wks old lol). By the way, this is the first year i've really bought for EVERYONE...so i wanted to be organised, hopefully i can keep it going for every other year! LOL How are you all going?? Work is great! I've been doing really well, bringing lots of sales in!! I'm so proud at how well im going! I love this job so much and i've never loved any job in my life ME and brett have been fighting more lately...i am feeling a bit down lately and i think im taking it out on brett. I feel bad but sometimes i just cant control it! It just comes out (the anger)...i dont know how i should control it. I just always have a go at him for almost everything! i feel horrible about it. I know i shouldnt be doing it but i just cant help it. Like if hes joking with me, i'll take it seriously and get upset, even though i shouldnt!Thats my whinge Its pretty much daily that we fight! Thanks for listening! Love Nat xxx

Hi Natalie Glad you're looking forward to Christmas. I know just what you mean around anger and bickering - sometimes I don't think kids and PNI and marriage go at all well together hey?LOL! We argued loads at the beginning of our marriage even though this was a really 'loved up' time for us. Bit more laid back with each other now - it did take time though.. Take care Hopefulxxxxx

Hey Girls, Well im having the dreaded chat with my MIL next week sometime! We went for dinner last night and some things were brought up but we're going to organise a day next week to chat about things. She doesnt want to talk about it, she wants us to move on and be like we were before it all happened! I cant do that though...i have SO much i want to say and i'm not going to pretend like nothing happened! This situation is so draining and frustrating....i'm going through quite a blip at the moment...not just because of this, it just hit the other day. I hope it buggers off! Take care girls, Love Nat xxx

Hi Natalie
That is good that you are trying to sort things out..moving on is fine, but sometimes, like you say, closure is needed and this can only be achieved sometimes by just getting those feelings out!!
Sorry you're having a blip hun, how are you now?
Lots of love Hopefulx

Hi Natalie,
So sorry your having a blip! what a pain eh? Hope everything goes ok at your 'meeting'. Also hope Peter's birthday goes without a hitch. It should be fun. I remember my 2 eldest kids 1st birthdays (seems like a million years ago now) and it was so much fun even though they didn't have a clue what it was all about!! LOL.
Hope you feel better soon and get over your blip.
Take Care, loadsa love
