Hiya SarahJay, Know what you mean, I'm glad it's the first too ! Glad you had a good night Friday. And like you, yes, I am definitely going to lose the weight too. I have a wardrobe of nice clothes which are one dress size too small - I can't afford to replace them all as some are suits for work, so I am determined. I really lost it after my first - I actually reached my slimmest point ever (just before I got pregnant again!!!). I'm looking forward to feeling a bit lighter and sexier again - let me know how you get on and I'll let you know how mine goes too if that's ok?? Think I will have to work harder at losing the pounds this time... Hope your New Years Day is ok - take care hun, this will hopefully be a happy year for us Hopefulxx

Well the decorations came down yesterday! YAY, they were seriusly doing my head in, and it kept me busy and stopped me thinking too much about the situation with robbie. Just a little update on that as i'm not dwelling on it too much, he's still here but i've broken off our engagement and told him that there is no way i'm getting married anytime soon, i've been there before and can do without the hassle. He's promised to sort himself out but i'm waiting to see on that score.
Anyway i'm still feeling really positive and Hopeful i will definately keep you posted on the weigh loss, me and my mum and sis are joining weightwitchers before the end of january. I will definately have to work hard i know that because not only have i more weight to loose i also have asthma which is excercise induced but my GP says the more 'vigourous' excercise i do the better my asthma will be??? and she is currently reviewing my meds for that to work out which is gonna help me best. So hopefully i'll be able do something quite 'vigourous' !! (great eh!!) lol
My new years day was very quiet, the kids came back from their dads and went out to play with their friends and nathan was good, robbie was out most of the day and then they all came home for the roast beef dinner i had made. We all had an early night as the kids were especially knackered after being up most of the night.
One last thing to say, i'm currently in the state of mind that 2006 WILL be a happy year for me, there are no maybe's about it! lol. Hope the same goes for everyone.
Loadsa Love to you all
Sarah.xxxx

Hi Susanne and everyone, Yeah susanne they do don't they? weird isn't it, maybe they get in sync like women do?? lol. Don't worry about not being in touch, i've been busy too and am glad things are getting back to normal. Me and my mum are going to weightwitchers next thursday to register!!! , don't know how i'll get on but i'm gonna give it a damn good try. I've also signed up to the Boots, do one thing campaign, don't know if you've heard about it? You sign up to do one thing (like it says!) and they send you emails and tips etc for support. I've signed up to the weight loss one and i've already starting keeping a food diary!!! OMG....... you don't even wanna know, i could have cried when i wrote down all the things i've eaten today, and i didn't even realise it either, i think thats the scary part. Robbie has said he's gonna do it all with me as he wants to lose a few pounds (although he's skinny)?! but he also wants to feel and look fitter. Anyway i will keep you updated on this score!!! Apart from the challenge above, things are going pretty well, Robbie has decided he needs to make some changes in his life too as his behaviour has been bad just recently (his words not mine) He really seems to want to sort things out and make us all happy. I'm just hoping it lasts. Anyway its getting late and my typing is getting bad!! and i hear nathan on the baby monitor! ;D Hope your all well Loadsa Love Sarah.xxx

Hi Sarah
Sounds like things are well on the up. My brother and his wife do weightwitchers together - and it really works. He doesn't really need to lose it, but at least it simplifies mealtimes by doing it together (they have 3 kids).
How is January for you and what is the weather like up there? It's pouring down here and dark. Yuk!! Lol.
Got anything exciting going on this month? I have got the most uninspiring month ever LOL!
How's your recovery going?
Thinking of you
Hopefulxx

Hi Girls, OMG, Weighvaginachers? ?? I really don't know how i typed that? LOL. I'm so sorry, I actually meant Weightwitchers. LOL. OMG that is soooo funny. I'm on my mums computer as mine is going back to dell to get a new DVD Drive and we have literally been on the floor laughing at that!!! Anyway, back to the last few days, things have been going really well, although i can't wait for Monday as the schools go back in, YAY. I just want my routine back, i didn't think i'd ever hear myself say that!! lol The Weather here is cold, a few threats of snow but nothing as yet, its certainly cold enough for it. I've been out walking a few times this week, trying to get my excercise levels up and i always have to take a pack of tissues out with me for my runny nose!! thats just an indication of how cold it is. Roll on summer. We were going to book our summer hols today to take advantage of our local travels agents nil deposit, free kids places and free insurance offer but my dad decided to come with us, and although this sounds awful, we didn't go to the travel agents as i don't want him to come with us and he's the type of man that'll just invite himself and he's wheelchair bound and i couldn't cope with him on holiday aswell as 3 kids to look after. So we are going next weekend to book it and keeping it a secret until after its booked!!! isn't that awful? reading it back i sound like a right witch but i really know i couldn't cope. Things between me and robbie are gradually improving and like you say Natalie, its amazing that he himself has said he wants to change. I got a book for him out of the library about self-hypnosis (for stopping smoking) but since he's started reading it (reading never been one of his strong points) he's gotten really interested in it and said he's gonna use it to improve other parts of his life and our relationship. And all of this has come from him, i'm really impressed and am starting to see the Robbie that i fell in love with. (how corny does that sound?) lol January for me is also a bit boring but i have such a positive attitude at the moment that i don't think there is much that could put me down. Its kirstys 7th birthday on the 8th Feb and she wants a disco. First of all she wanted to have a 'limo party' which is all the rage with little girls up here at the mo, they basically drive round in a limo for an hour and have juice and crisps and music. and they charge you £95 for the privilege!!! I think we have managed to talk her out of it, as i think she is too young yet for that. So instead she is having a disco. Which i now have to go and organise, YAY....... will keep you updated on my organisational skills!! Well must go as like i say am on my mums PC, i still can't believe i wrote THAT!!! lol. Loadsa Love to you all Sarah.xxxx

Yes Natalie, that is what i mean. For some reason everytime i type the word into my computer when i click on 'post reply' it changes the word? ? very strange.... I tried it just now and got robbie to check that i was typing in the right word and i did it twice but still it changed the word??? i just don't get it. LOL. Oh well it certainly gave me a laugh, and in future if thats what comes up you'll know what i mean.

hi folks this happened about a year ago too.A group of girls then was going to start loosing weight and yes when they typed that word in it put a block on it like it does for swear words we dont know why it just does. Personally i think there could be a market for this word...sort of a self help pelvic floor supporters group called weight vagina achers...what do you think. hang on just want to see if it still blocks swear words too so sorry for thiss........f**k it.
