AAARRRGGGHHH!!!! bloody men!!! i just had our landlord round saying our housing benefit had been stopped-it gets paid to him. AND januarys rent hasnt been paid, when stuart TOLD me he'd been round and paid cash. what makes it worse is that my mum lent us £270 towards the rent. what i would love to know is, if it didnt go on rent-where did it go? a crap end to a crap day

im back. just spoke to stuart. he said he forgot to pay it and only remembered yesterday when he went through his wallet and found the cash in there. im calmer, but still not happy. i told him he should have told me before. i feel like ive been made out to be a liar. we have decided to surrender the tenancy. stuart is filing for bankruptcy as soon as he can. mum has made an offer on a house for sale which she said we could live in and pay rent to her at a more affordable rate. til that goes through, we are going to stay with her. i just made a cup of tea, and dunked no less than 8 chocolate hobnob biscuits into it. how naughty of me! lol

Oh dear Caz how hard is that? Its great your mum is helping. Money is really a terrible thing to get out of control and so so easy too.
I think the banks are too blame- they offered me a a loan of 15,000 on an income (in my own right ) of 8,000 - they are just out to make money and don't care who they chase. i think any way? Sorry soap box...
Take care and enjoy the biscuits

we need to talk to the landlord first but we will be moving as soon as possible. when we move i will be offline as mum doesnt have an internet connection, but please continue contact with me as i find it a great support. ps dont worry, soapboxes are good things to be on, especially as far as the "authorities" go!!! lol
anyway, back to todays diary. cj went to bed at 9.45pm and woke up at 6am for a cuddle from daddy before he went to work-one problem-stuarts not working today so i had to settle cj back to sleep. he slept til 9am which was nice. he didnt want his morning bottle again, but has eaten his toast and had a nap. should i be worried about his milk intake? he has juice during the day and has his bedtime bottle fine, and eats a healthy balanced diet. the health visitor said i should try getting cj to take milk from a cup as he shouldnt be on a bottle for too much longer, but he wont as he associates his cup with juice, and his bottle with milk. any tips?

To be honest my daughter is three and still has a bottle at night when she wants to sleep!! Probably very bad - but dentist say her teeth are OK! I do use a trainer teat though- its a bit harder than a bottle teat - but its still a bottle. She will drink milk from a cup - but used to say it should be juice.
One thing is she now has Nursey milk and likes the straw!!??better for the teeth straws-it misses the teeth or can do - so no sugars left behind. But not much use if falling asleep and lying down and not sure if C.J can do straws yet?
H.V say alot and its not always easy in practice. My daughter also has a dummy at night! Not good either lol! So maybe don't listen to me. lol! He rolder brother. Now 11 never had a dummy-but was very hard to settle - so you don't win.
Any way enough of my "advice" - hope it helps at least a bit.

cj had his afternoon nap, then had minced beef, potato and tinned spaghetti for tea, which he loved. he had quite a late night-nearly 10pm before he went off to sleep properly, but slept all night till 10.45 this morning!!! im feeling brighter in myself again, so it was just a blip after all. my mums coming over later to go to the cab office with stuart. hes gonna find out about bankruptcy, as this is really the only way to go. shes bringing some food and dishwasher tablets down-little things i know, but it matters to me. my health visitor also called me yesterday, and has got my doctor to refer me for counselling so i can go on a waiting list. its about 4 months long so ill be gone by then, but hopefully we can sort some counselling out by my mums. if not, ill have to wait to register at the doctors in clevedon.

lol hopeful, it was a microwave readymeal-i cheated! stuart has now filed for bankruptcy, should take 6 wks to completely clear everything he owes. looks like mum could get the house in clevedon for us. im trying to decide whether i want to stay here for the 6 wks, or whether i will go ahead to mums and stuart join us later. i dont know, im scared to answer the door or phone at the moment.
anyway, todays diary:
cj went to bed at 8pm last night and slept til 810am this morning. me and stuart watched Johnny English on telly, then fell aslepp watching the last part of The Godfather. woke up on sofa at 12.30am and went to bed. i tried giving cj warm cows milk in a soft teated training beaker, he took a few gulps, then realised i'd tricked him lol. i'll sneak it into his cereal instead.

oh my god! mum just called-the offer she made for the house in clevedon has been accepted!!!! i can start to relax now. provided nothing goes wrong, we can move in as soon as the bankruptcy clears in 6 wks. shes coming over in an hour to take me shopping for food so we will talk about whether i should stay here or go to her place. cj had his first taste of raspberries just now. his face looked like he was chewing on wasps, but he kept putting his hand out for more, and saying "mmmmm" with a big smile. mad child!
