didn't sleep well last night kept waking up every couple of hours. then at 5am my daughter angel came into my bed so couldn't sleep cos shes like a octopus. got up at 8.30am and went to my mums in mind group and we did relaxation exercises. got the dates for the pni group what me and another mums getting up so really excited yet nervous. felling not to bad at the moment just tired so its a early night for me hopefully. my youngest had to go to the doctors today hes got bad breathing problems so hes ended up with a inhaler and nose drops, so hes really grisly.

Hi Hannah How you getting on today? Hope your little boy's doing better with his breathing. That must be worrying for you. I get panicky if Chloe shows any signs of illness, even just a cold worries me. Take care Love Marion.

Hiya Hannah,
I know just what you are going through right now, Nathan is prone to chest infections and has to have an inhaler too, he absolutely hates it and has now started to hold his breath when he see's it coming. It makes me feel awful but i know its for his own good. Nathan is slowly getting better but these things seem to last for ages don't they? Hope you have a better nights sleep tonight and remember that your not on your own!!
Loadsa Love

Hi Hannah,
The bad days really do suck don't they? But it will get better remember, even if it doesn't feel like that right nowxxxxxxxx
Sorry to hear you got so little sleep - I shout sometimes too out of sheer tiredness and frustration.. Try not to be too hard on yourself though hunni, we're only human.
The other day my brother who works in social care reminded me about the fact that even mothers without PNI and partners can snap and reach breaking point... It helped me to be reminded of that, if you know what I mean..
Take care Hannah, It will get better Love and hugs, HopefulXXXX

HI Hannah
You are doing so well, even though it doesn't feel like it. You've had a tough time with little one recently and it's bound to drain you of what you have built up so well over the last few weeks.
Take things very setady & try to ride with it - don't be too hard on yourself esp with housey things. If you could see me now you'll know I'm finally taking my own advice! House is a tip but I'm ignoring it till I feel stronger x Take some time out for YOU x

hi han, ah my heart goes out to you!!! i have had one nights sleep in 5.5 months some nights she will wake up as much as 15 times, it's so draining and i get up so angry, i end up feeling like i am being punished, sleep deprivation is a tortcher (can't spell) in some countries, but as mums we are expected to except it with a smile!!! im with you babe, i feel miserable too... but hey at least your not alone!!! xxxxxxxxxxx
