i don't go there as much as i would like, when we had a dog, we used to walk her down there all the time but unfortunetly she died, actually that's how we ended up having a baby coz we decided we couldn't have another dog and a baby so we picked baby (now wish i picked the puppy) only joking!!! but it is really good in the summer, when i was pregnant me and my mates used to meet up every week for a day on the beach!! ah to be a lady of lesuire!!! looking forward to when lyla can appreciate it!!! this sound really bad but i have never been any where more north then birmingham, is it nice where you live hopeful??? xxx

Hi Noodles, Yes, it is lovely. I am a city girl at heart, and live in walking distance to a thumping great river. The kids love it. I often take a little river cruise with them, and it always goes down well . Mine are 2o months and 5 now and recently we went to a North Wales beach location. This was the best weekend away yet - the beach just grabbed their imagination. Son is no longer at the stage of putting things in his mouth so was happy with a bucket and a pebbly beach (fed pebbles into bucket one by one). My daughter who is 5, collected shells and then spent the evening painting them. You've got some lovely days ahead of you Love and hugs HopefulXX

feeling ok today, lyla was up about 6 times but shes just had an hour nap which i managed to have too, still really tired though, lazy day just pottering, the HV just called wanted to know if i wanted a sure start person to come round, i really don't know about it!!! i think that having some one come to my house will stress me out even more and i will end up cleaning franticly the day before!!!! looking forward to the weekend and having my hubby around for a few days!!! every thing seems ok when he's around!!!! m.i.l is on her way back from london, realised how much i appreciate her support with lyla, even if she does do my head in some times!!!!

Hi Noodles Glad you're doing better today. Know what you mean about the surestart person - my cpn asked me if I wanted him to arrange extra help for me but it made me too uneasy - would get stressed that the person would think I hadnt done things right and I dont trust anyone else (except Mark and his mum) to look after her so I turned it down - but give it some careful thought - it might be good for you and give you a little break every so often. Also, I agree with youabout it being easier when your hubby's around - I find it easier when Mark with me too - he breaks up today until next wed so that will be good! Take care Love Marion.

feeling really tired today but trying to not let it get to me... feel that maybe the anti d's are starting to work a bit, finding it easier to lift my mood!!! feeling a bit emotional although i don't feel like crying but if some one does some thing nice, or a happy ending on a film, then i might shed a tear or two!! not sad though... strange!!!! xxx

Hi
It's annoying when things don't go quite to plan. My eldest has been in tears today as he was talking back and got told off. My bf's in a foul mood. What a happy Easter this has turned out to be.
I hoep the evening's been nice for you, though.
Love
Monica
