How's the cold? Are you trimmed up to the hills? It's my little mans first christmas and P is wanting to trim up this weekend which is fine if I didn't have all the cleaning that goes with it. Got to move furniture - dreading what I might find!
Hope you're doing Ok honey

I am back at last! Thanks girls for all your messages, I am so sorry I disappeared, this technology is great when it works but when it all goes tits its the pits. I still have a nasty chest left over from the cold I caught from my darling monsters, (why is it the only present they gave me had to be a blooming cold)! Apart from that I am hanging on in there, I am so greatful for my meds, they certainly helped me get through this Christmas, It certainly was chaos over here, it was a roller coaster for me emotionally, I so wanted this Christmas to be so special, all the preparations and plans went out of the window on Christmas Eve, but I managed to put a smile back on my face for Christmas day, (not sure how) but I did. You were all with me, encouragin me on, so thank you for that. Hopefully this computer has got over its nervouse breakdown, so I will be trying to catch up with you all, and what has been happening. Thinking of you all, and sending lots of cyber hugs Chica

Went back to the doctors today, she really is lovely, we had a good chat which helped. She wants me to stay on the same dosage till around mid march when she wants me to reduce them again, I am to see her on the 2nd April, I am now in a bloody panic, (sorry for the language). I know that it is still 3 months away, but I am terrified of what I will feel like again. I am just about keeping my head above water now. I also discussed my memory loss, it really is getting worse, she looked up my meds and does not think it will be these, so she is going to keep a quiet eye on it. Seriously girls, it is a problem, I cannot remember so many things, including even sitting down to my Christmas dinner!!! That is just a very small example, but another one is my friend and her little girl stayed over the other night, and she was talking about it and I looked at her blankly, I truly had forgotten that she had stayed with us. It is getting blooming scarey I can tell you. I am seriously thinking about having to keep this diary everyday, just so I can be reminded of what I have and have not done. So it could get boring around here for a little while, as all I ever do is go shopping and run around after the kids, but maybe it will help. Even down to what I cook for dinner so I do not keep dishing up the same stuff every day!! On a brighter note, there is great excitement in this house today, as over here there is great celebrations tonight, it is the night of the three kings, and for the children out here, it is the eve when the kings bring them the presents that they have asked for. They do have papa noel here as well, but that is usually for the smaller gifts. So tonight we will be heading into the local village to watch the procession of the three kings (Rayos Magos) as they are know here. There will be dancing in the streets, and lots of music and children chasing after the procession as they are thrown toys and sweets last year we had 4 carrier bags stuffed with them. That reminds me, I must take an umbrella with me, not for the rain but because when some of these things hit you on the head it blooming well hurts!! So think of us tomorrow morning, when I am sure that the three kings may have left my children something too. Just so long as they do not arrive at 2.30am like father christmas did!!!!

Yesterday evening was absolutely manic, the kids had a fantastic time last night, following the procession around the little village and catching all the sweets and presents from the three kings, I must admit to having a moment or two of joy watching their little faces, which as you all know by now are occurences which are few and far between. It was followed by a show with a clown and loads of balloons and lots of screaming chilren. Then a brief respite, at the local bar, until believe it or not midnight when there was a disco for all the children with hot chocolate and cake for thoughs who wanted it!!!!!!! We did not manage to get the children to bed till 2am!! They had a fantastic time playing and dancing with all their school friends from the village. My little man still woke at the crack of dawn to find that the three kings had indeed called into our house through the night, leaving just a few presents behind, including an electronic drum kit and keyboard (only cheap) but I must have been blooming mad to buy them. They have had a great day, but are now tired and grumpy, so I will be off to put them to bed soon. Mum gave us a surprise visit as well. I was really shocked, she never just turns up just out of the blue, but she did today. The first thing I wondered of course was what was the problem, but amazingly there wasn't one. I have just spent the day absolutely exhausted and having to pack all the decorations away again for another year. The children were most upset . But I tried to tell them that if they stayed up forever then Christmas would not be so special. Enough for now, I had better go and see how hubby is coping with the little monsters, then they will be off to bed and for the first time today I promise that after I have cooked hubby and my dinner I am going to collapse in the armchair come hell or high water!!!

Hi Chica
Night of the 3 kings sounds fab. I hadn't heard of that before but it sounds like a really good way of rounding everything off. Over here, January 5th was a bit of a letdown - just packing away the decorations and thinking about work - boo hiss
Hope you're ok x

I cannot believe it has been so long since I wrote in my diary, where have I been?? The answer to that is in the biggest blackest hole that I could ever have imagined, but today I have decided, that enough is enough, and I am going to fight this bloody illness back into the pits of nothingness!!!
I will win!!!!!!!
