Hi Naomi, Hope you dont mind me crashing your diary, I just wanted to say hello, and well done on managing three weeks of good, I too hope and pray that you keep on going. You must be exhausted, you certainly have an active life. Keeping busy sure does help. I remember going to my church group for little ones and it was lovely meeting up with other mums and babies, I do miss all that. I have still to find a church group over here that speak English and is orientated for Sunday School etc., there are English services but more geared up for lets say the elder generation who have come here for retirement. Not quite sure how they would react if I gate crashed in on there services with two very lively nearly 6 year old twins ;D. I do not want to be responsible for popping and pace makers . Any way it is lovely to hear that things are going so well for you. Love and hugs Chica

Hey chica - thanks so much for your post. I'm still trying to find that balance between keeping active and wearing myself out, so tricky!! Really hope you find a church group you can go along to with your little ones. We are so lucky to have a very family-friendly church here - 5 couples had babies within 6 months of each other so we have expanded the creche massively!! Love & hugs to you too xx N Today v happy Well I've made it past the 3-week mark... Took Anya swimming today with my friend J and then spent til 3 pm at her house just gassing and chilling out. Was really nice to have company almost all day. Si away tonight in Plymouth with work again, so had to sing Anya's bedtime song on my own - she was very sweet and gave me the most gorgeous smile before she closed her eyes... bliss! Love and peaceful thoughts to all of you xx Nay xx

Yesterday / getting tired Today knackered! Things still going well but boy, am I tired. Saw my mental health social worker today - she says I've got to make more time to rest and relax each day, especially given this warning sign of being so tired. I'm going to try the relaxation section from a yoga DVD I got while I was pregnant. Have pushed it a bit too much today - went to my church women's group in the morning and for coffee and then shopping this afternoon. Disaster as well as our finances are a bit dodgy... oh dear! Bit stressed about that but will just have to tighten our belts for the next few months to try and get back on an even keel. I do tend to be a bit of an impulsive shopper in the first few days of 'up' - need to watch that especially with the internet! Yawns and love, Nay xx

Hi Naomi Glad things are still going well for youxx I'm not the best person for finding time for rest and relaxation - still having to work on this...! I'm afraid to say though that a good movie or trashy mag can help me to relax Hope you get a good rest this evening xx

Friday a well paced day! Saturday fun at a wedding Sunday / needed a rest later on Getting a bit slack with the old diary! Had a nice one on friday, went to Sing & Sign in the morning and had friends for lunch. So proud of Anya - she can do the sign for 'bottle' and did it tonight really clearly when we were heating up her milk... so cute and brainy!!! Saturday was good fun, with a wedding in Plymouth at the Yacht Club - great views and a wild sea as a backing to the vows. Anya met a little friend Matilda who was born on exactly the same day as her! Today has been good again, 4 weeks to the day of feeling so terrible - I'm so thankful for a good stretch of feeling back to the normal me. We went to church in the morning and had an inspiring preacher from Ghana who came to visit, and we've then mooched around and rested this afternoon - grim weather down here today! Hope your weekends have gone well Lots of love, Naomi x

Happy 4 week birthday love xxx
Keep up the good days - and the resting!
How's the little einstein? Little man is sending kisses her way. I warned him not to when he's got cold but he says that everyday is a flirting day regardless of how you feel!
Take care, hoping to cross paths soon x

Hello sianyc, KL and Hopeful Thanks for thinking of me you lovely ladies! I'm generally but been a bit hectic since I last came online... Still not doing very good with my resting, but I do get by the middle of the afternoon! Life continues as normal with my baby groups and swimming in the mornings, and housewifely duties in the afternoons! I'm visiting my family up North on Thursday, and had to buy and wrap all their Christmas presents as we're staying in Devon for Christmas this year. Feels very strange to have been so organised!!! Hope everyone's doing well - think of me this next few days as I'll be seeing my mum and she's very low and anxious and is changing anti-d's this week so might be quite poorly again... Looking forward to giving her a hug but I know it sometimes doesn't help Lots of love to you all N xx

Thanks for your thoughts sianyc and Hopeful
We'll try and take it steady up North, just starting my packing now. Hope the Christmas presents don't put me over the baggage allowance on my flight! Si is going to be in Africa with work whilst I'm away and I've only just started to let myself think about how much we're going to miss him... At least it's only 8 days he's away.
Love to all, Naomi & Anya xx xx xx
