Hi Chica Apart from Venlafaxine and the fluoxetine have you had any other meds? How long have you been taking them altogether?
Today hasnt been such a bad day, tired had another cheeky lunchtime snooze with J which helped and then this pm got mucky and potted my plants in the garden! Very therapeutic!! JO xx

Well another not so bad day, did my first full day at work! Saw the psych and we are persevering with the venlafaxine for the time being but Im going to monitor for any more big dippers! So if Im very up/down/up down then Ive got to ring him and we are going to change the meds so we will see! He is very understanding though and I feel happy with this decision so we will see!!

Well another good day today, really enjoyed looking after J, had two lovely days and me doing it all in the day whilst OH back at work!!! So sod off "Evil Edna" I can do it!! (Edna is my PND's crazy name!!) Not that I never did but really feel close to J because I think of late the PND had been interfering too much, I left most of caring for J up to OH-the bathing etc but these last few days have done me the world of good! Ive found my confidence in motherhood again!! Dont get me wrong it hasnt been a breeze on Tues he ran me ragged - smashed a vase, put a bubble bath bottle down the loo! I couldnt take my eyes off him for a second! It is knackering though and I am at work this weekend! Anyway just glad to have had good days, watching out for Edna to creep up though, being careful not to get over tired etc............

Hi Ladies Not having too bad a time at the mo, missed a tablet on Saturday and paid the price for it, very dizzy & light headed but back to normal now! Tired today and didnt get much done, J teething again and ran me ragged, but got a night off tonight! (bliss) So will get chance of a lie in tom!! Got that horrible "face ache" again - tension in my cheeks but other than that ok, slept when J did today, hence why I got nothing done but decided best to look after myself too and if I have to rest so be it! xx

......anybody else get the face ache? I presume it is all the tension??? Anybody got any good tips on getting shut of it? If so please let me know because it seems to be a lingering thing for me. The diazepam have come out tonight cos I have had enough of it and feeling a bit unsettled, so hopefully it will go.
