I am aiming for a stone, but more likely 1/2 - but that would be great. Hubby said he'd pay £1 for a pound - I said if I lost a stone boy, you can cough up more than £ 14 - as it would be a miracle!! LOL

I'd like to be back in a size 14! It'll be hard for me to keep track of losing weight coz I chucked my scales! So I'll do it by dress size! lol Ooooooo gonna go asking soon!

Tip - Drink water when feeling a bit peckish - it helps a little (but it's not quite chocolate!!! )LOL

What do you snack on when feeling peckish? I try to snack on smoothies (not quite food but hey they're good for me)

try and swap bread for ryvita, not only are they less bulky and have less calorie's, but eating wheat can make your depression worse!!! x

Erm, tips, tips, tips! lol Don't eat too much to start with!? lol sorry! I have found, I use Thea's plates instead of the big ones!
Ok, this might sound stupid, but it works, make funny pics with your food, like you do with a child, it's amazing how interesting veggies can look! lol
