I was actually thinking about this earlier today. We really need something that can be used year after year to put it aside from everything else. If someone will design one it would be brilliant Liz x

Hi Guys
I have been talking with some of the mods, and we thought that perahps we ought to use our own logo? If it is gonna be run by PNI-ORG-UK then it may have more clought to use our existing logo as it is already a logo for a registered charity. What do you guys think about that?

Makes sence. Which logo do you mean? is it the small one of the mum and baby wrapped up? The other alternative would be to incorporate this logo into something specific for the event?

Hey there's a point - I quite like the family walking to the light - but also the wrapped baby. I think the family one is the official one, but will check. Could add a 'slogan' maybe - good idea

Where it has the forum name at the top could have wording changed to PNI Awareness Weekend 2008 and underneath Walk a Mile for PNI on sponsor forms and advertising for walks and that bit removed for general stuff. Liz x

Hi All This is our 'official' charity logo I am a trained designer ( HND in multimedia which included graphic design) and I designed it myself i.e drew the figures and popped them into photoshop and added the digital stuff Therefore we own it and can use it for whatever we like. We could also use the banner one I did I can alter any wording to suit But if it is not thought to be up to date or hard hitting enough - when I designed it I went for peace and calm and a happy family life ever after as that is what we all are aiming for,? but this was some years back and maybe this is too 'tame' for today so I could use some of it and I design something else more edgy or Joannem's design company can - as long as it costs nothing as we can not pay and I am free LOL Veritee

PS After soem thought -
If the awareness week is to be related to our charity PNI ORG UK Charity Number 1113840 that runs this forum.
I think I woud prefer (or it be appropriate) it to it have the 'official' logo above - the one registered with the charity commission - somewhere ?

I think it will be better if we stick to this logo. As Veritee has said the wording can be changed so thats not a problem. Liz x

Think it would be great with the new wording for the event
