I am hoping that as long as we can raise a bit up front to cover costs then my lovely hubby is willing to jump out of a plane to raise funds for us Will let you know how it goes with the planning Liz x

Hubby has asked me to write a letter to his boss who owns quite a few of the franchise for Dominos Pizza round this way and ask if she would like to donate towards the costs. May also be allowed to put some sponsor forms around Would be brilliant if we can get someone to pay for it as then everything is going straight back to the charity. He has also said he will do something each year for us Liz x

Really amazing Liz
I would never have the guts to do a jump and I doubt my hubby would either- he has to fly on helicopters all the time for work and he had to do jump training - but it was a long time ago and he hated it !
But I will def sponsor him and Barry will too if your hubby is willing to do it and I expect others will as well.
Really great ;D

Do you know it has always been one of my ambitions to do a parachute jump, but I have always worried about the impact on my joints and spine, so have always written it off. On saying that I was talking to hubby the other week, and have said that if ever I could find one of those people who do the landing for you (I think you call them assisted jumps) that I would love to have a go at that. Hubby has done quite a few jumps and says it is the greatest feeling on the earth (well maybe not quite) if you get my meaning. So hey ho, you have now given me a burst, so will try to find out if anyone can do it over here!!! So all the very best for your hubby. I am jealous.
Love and hugs Chica

You're mad. I climb the stairs and go giddy! What a fab and brave idea, puts my firewalking to shame! LOL

Firewalking would be my idea of hell as my biggest fear is fire !!!! I dont like heights but would rather jump out of the plane with him than walk across hot coals, so you are braver than me Thanks for the support though, it means a lot to Pete. It is something he has always wanted to do so here is his chance. It will be a tandem jump, well this time it will anyway Liz x

Got the info pack through today and Pete and my son are both going to do the jump Has anyone looked into the Just Giving sites, this would be ideal for fundraising. We will be booking a definite date in the next few weeks but it is going ahead around the Awareness Weekend, possibly the Friday. Liz x
