For anyone in the Cheshire area who wishes to attend the following in person (any further suggestions welcome!) - please PM Hopeful for further details  Sunday May 4th
From about 11am: Open House - sandwiches, coffee/ tea and cake Bring the little ones along - or just along yourself for a bit of 'me' time!

Just to let anyone know who may be interested in doing the same - I contacted my local MIND branch after having looked the details up here: www.mind.org.uk/Mind+in+your+area/They have kindly agreed to display the flyer (which I sent through by e-mail) in their regional office I'm also sending some through to my HV/ the services for this area. Any other ideas of where these flyers could be sent - very weclome! Hopefulx |

I just wanted to add - please feel free to bring your babies/ children along. We have a play room for toddlers and baby changing facilities - and of course two willing play mates aged 7 and 4  Alternatively, if you would like to come along on your own, for a bit of 'me' time, then that's fine too |
