For those wondering ... yes it ispossible to recover from PNI - I am living proof. It's been very hard and difficult and taken a lot longer than I hoped but I got there and you will too

Ditto. I have the odd anxiety wobble which is usually surrounded by me emetephobia but other than that i am back to the old me and glad my life is back!! x

Me too, I consider myself 100% recovered now and am very happy with my life and how things have turned out.
Getting better is just a matter of time really, and one of the keys to recovery is to get back to doing normal daily activities as soon as you can, no matter how you feel, and don't stop doing them, even if you are having a crappy day... know that this is helping you, even though it doesn't feel like it at the time.

Glad you are still about on here mate!! Iam just over two years and 90% there. Still have teh odd issue but nothing I cant handle.
