Hi Sam
I would love to have three kids close together, I just couldnt manage it. But I know a friend of mine has three kids under 4 and we often talk about how great it will be for them growing up! Wish I could handle more than one kid!
Glad it went well with the counsellor. Will you be seeing her again??

Hi Sam
I think my first big breakthrough with PNI was going to the supermarket! I remember puching LO round and grabbing about 5 things, but was really pleased about it! Even made a huge deal on it on here somewhere.. LOL.
Best of luck at Butterfly World! I have a phobia of moths and butterflies so I would be the one stood out in the gift shop... Hope Connor has a lovely time x

Hi Sam
My childhood was in no way traumatic, but I do have bits that still play on my mind, and like you I will have forgotten about them and then every now and then, one of them just pops back intp my memory and really upsets me. More so of when I was a teenager, had a few roush spots away from home..
I am not sure why this happens hun, but it happens to me and I know how upsetting it can be, so just wanted to sympathise with you really and let you know that you are not alone ....

Hi Sam
Dont feel bad about using the diary when you are doing good! Its your diary to do with what you want, and it is good to track your ups and downs anyway hun.
Great news about yesterday! Wish I had the balls to make new friends like that! And how great about the freezer? There really are some nice people still in this world...
You are a great person Sam, and deserve to have more good days like this!!
Take Care

Just skived from work for AGES to read your diary.
Just wanted to say that you're doing amazingly well and you should be proud of how you're bringing up your children and coping with PNI.
Hope the meeting went well yesterday afternoon x

Don't think that how you're feeling is any less important than how anyone else is here. PNI is different for everyone and we all have our own way of coping with it. You have had a lot of pressure on you and now that's gone to some degree, you're bound to have a bit of a dip. I found (and still do) that I can be really strong when the pressure is really on but once it's over, it's like my body knows it can give up for a while and I either get a bit of a down period or get ill! Does my head in as I was not like this before kids - at least I think I wasn't I never remember all the shopping. Constantly go in shops for a few things and come out with 3 bags and not everything I wanted. I swear the concenpt of corner shops was invented by mothers who had more to worry about than if they left town without something on the list ;D I know you can't see it yourself but you're doing a fab job and once the PNI sods off you'll Supermum and I'll have to kick you hard
