Hi Kim,

I am hoping this will help you in some way.

I have just come back home from visiting my friend and her 4 day old baby, she was on a low dosage of prozac throughout her entire pregnancy, and I can assure you, that the gorgeous little man that I have been cuddling, has all his fingers and toes, and there are no abnormalities whatsoever!! They have also had the paediatrician in, and his advice to my friend, is to still continue to take prozac even when breast feeding, there was also 3 other alternatives that she could take on this list whilst breast feeding. I will try and ask her what the other alternatives are for you too.
I know that I live in Spain, so things may be viewed differently over here, but I can assure you, that over here children are worth the sun moon and stars.

As I say I hope this will reassure you, even in a small way.
