HI Bubble
that sort of stuff really scares me that you saw, some real issues for me due to my background. So I really understand, well done for being brave and asking for reassurance, i think every woman with children even those without PNI would feel that way
How has today been, has your OH come back??

Hi All, OH is back now, been having a loooovely weekend so far, friday night went to stay with a friend for the night, went out for a few drinks had a nice time, last night went to psychic again with big sis, sis in law and friend then went onto town. Today we going to inlaws for Grandads birthday. Have been dizzy free for 8 days again now, thats the lenght of dizzy free time I had last month, so I am feeling a little anxious about whether it will return soon as it did before, and wondering and hoping! if I might get a few more days each month. Feeling so well and happy, appreciate things so much now after going through this illness, ( although I know I am prob not out of the woods yet! ) Feel like I can begin to feel 'normal' agin by being freely ablr=e to go out and do things and look after my family.
Hope everyone else is having a good weekend, Kat, your right it would have been distressing for anyone, it was so awful but I thank god the little boy was okay, and I have actually dreamt about seeing him all fine a few times. Am looking into first aid courses, feel this is so important.

Hi
Glad to see things are on the up for you and you've had a nice week. Super news. It's so liberating seeing your old self again adn able to do things. Hey even if you have a blips again, remember there'll be more good spells round the corner.
That incident in the shopping centre must have been so frightening - thank goodness the boy was ok. I'm so freaked out by stuff like that so your reaction is quite normal. You know I'lm also going to look into first aid courses. Did a brief 2 day one for babies - that's two 1/2 hr session on cpr and choking - really good but as it was a while ago think a refresher would begood.
Enjoy the weekend

Hey Bubble You sound so much more positive which is great. Like Monica says, even if you do have blips in the future, you know that they are just that and nothing more.
I hope the rest of the weekend is a good one for you and you enjoyed your grandads birthday xx

Hi Kat, I am okay thanks, just seem to be anticipating the dizziness coming back as I have now had 10 dizzy free days compared to last months eight. Last night I had a terrible headache all night, so much so that all my dreams included me having a headache in them. It had gone this morning, mostly. OH says that maybe I will be getting a few headaches to replace the dizziness for a while before it eases off, who knows? just need to take it one day at a time and stop anticipating the future I think. I did worry this morning that there may be something awful wrong from having a headache, as I quite rarely have them, only if I have been in the sun all day or I get dehydrated which neither of these happened. Went to psychic fair over weekend with sis in law, had a private reading, was interesting, but did make me worry about a few things, my OH got annoyed that it had made me worry. Our little boy is in nursey ll day today so its just me and baby girl today, think we might go for a walk in a while, weather has certainly improved today.
Hope u are all doing well. Bubble xxxx

Hi Bubble
You have given yourself excellent advice there, to take each day as it comes. There was a time when i had to take each hous as it comes! The important thing is to not think about how you feel tomorrow or next week as that just increases your anxiety and makes it worse, but to take it as it comes.
My OH gets annoyed at me if I see a medium who says something to bother me - he thinks im an old 60s throwback hippy and as soeone who studies science should take no notice! I can empathise.
Hope your day has been ok?

Hi all,
Thanks WG you are right. Each day needs tfeo be appreciated for its own merits and that is the way to progress positivley. Interesting what you say about ur OH getting annoyed about the psychic readings, I can understand them feeling irritated at times as they don't want their Wifes being upset by anyone. I am totally a psychic junkie though, can't get enough!
Had a lovely day today, our little boy spent the day at nursery, me and Bubba walked to the shops and back in the gorgeous weather, then I made up lots of baby food to freeze, then cleaned and washed kitchen and bathroom floors, then picked up little man and OH was home. Felt so well today despite the headache last night, feels wonderful.
Hope everyone has been ab;e to enjoy the sunshine.
Love

You sound great Bubble. Your super OH has proven to me he is normal, something irritated him, he seems so lovely from your posts. Sounds like you had a fantastic day yesterday, well done. I agree with WG, i work on the short period of time basis, currently about a week, I need to work at about a week because otherwise work falls to pieces. It is definately a new skill, because used to work on a year basis pre PNI.
Sunshine gorgeous, love it - looking forward to another lovely day tomorrow

Hey bubble....you sound so much improved its so lovely to hear and Kat is right, your OH sounds so lovely and supportive...just what you need. I think you're so right to take things one day at a time otherwise it can become far too overwhelming. Just keep concetrating on the positives and they will start to outweigh the negatives. xx

Hi all,
Ah, thanks girls, yes my OH is amazing, I am sooo lucky, he only gets irritated rarely, usually if something has upset me or the bubbas, such an angel. Had a good day today, waled round to a close friends with bubba while litttle man was at nursery, she said I looked and seemed so much better, and said she could really notice the difference, so that was really good to hear. I have felt a tiny bit dizzy a couple of times tonight, but I am tired now, something else that is worrying me is that sometimes when I lay in bed I suddenly get like a few kind of loud heartbeats then I'll move and it seems to go, is this a palpitation? I don't think there is a problem with my heart as I had an ECG done while we were trying to find the diagnosis and was told heart was all fine. Can these just sort of happen out of the blue? Hope everyone has had a lovely day

Hi Bubble
can help you on the heart thing, seen this a lot, it is anxiety related. What happens is our natural heartbeat alters particularly when we relax or get tense, when you are feeling anxious and are lying in bed we become focused on these things because we have time and you notice normal heart beat variation. However, because normally we take no notice as we are busy living our lives. it is scary. Hope that helps, please dont worry, but understand why you do.

Hopefully the explanation that Kat has given you about the hearbeat thing will reassure you but just wanted to let you know i have had this ALOT in the past!! You are certainly not alone...its such a wierd sensation but I really don't think its too much to worry about. How has today been for you lovely? xx
