Hi Girls,
Kat and Jo, thankyou so much for your advice about the heartbeat thing, it has really put my mind at ease, you are such lovely girls, I am lucky to have met you both, thankyou.
Had a lovley day yesterday, had to go to the hairdressers, which sometime I find hard sitting there all that time, but my hairdresser is lovely and we always have a laugh so it went by quickly. Then rushed home, OH's Mum babysat and we went out for a meal and to the cinema with very close friends. Was lovely, did have a couple of funny moments in the cinema, the sort of feeling like I am trapped and I realise I will have to sit here for a long time so get kind of panicked about it? Its strange, but I got over them quickly. Our friends said I seemed so much more like my old self and commented on the things that I have been doing that I would have done in earlier months, so that gave me a boost. Looking forward to the weekend with my lovely family.

Hi Bubble
How great that you had such a fab day without anxiety having to spoil it for you! You know you are recovering when you can start doing the things that you wouldnt have even dreamed of doing at your worst.
Well done! I hope this weekend is equally as good for you!

Hi Kat,
We saw Sex And The City 2,was good, not mindblowing, but a must for die hard fans such as myself. Do you go to the cinema often then, we haven't been for years before last night, I alwys prefer to watch films at home usually. We are down in sunny Eastbourne, the weather has been lovely today, are u southwards or further up?
Just come back from the psychic, was qa bit cringe tonight as the man didn't make very close sonnections, felt for him!
Looking forward to a nice relaxing day tomorrow, not sure what we are doing as yet. Hop everyone is having a nice saturday.

your will have great weather down in eastbourne. I live in north surrey. My OH and I started having a friday night babysitter when I was first very ill in late november on the advice of my Health Visitor to give us some time away from everything, we do it about every other week now. Mostly we go out for dinner and sometimes do the weekly shop but about once every six weeks we go to the cinema.
The weather here was lovely and my children seemed to have a lovely day.
Good to here things are still positive

Hi all,
Kat, Thats really good to have a break once a week or fortnight, I expect it really helps. Surrey is nice, glad your children had a lovely day. WG, Wow, you're way up in Nottingham then, we got some thunder last night, but no rain, and its been lovely today, if a little windy.
Had a nice day today, went to the local park then saw in laws this afternoon. I am feeling dizzy as of last night and today, but am trying not to let it worry me too much as this month I had 14 days dizzy free and last month I only had eight, so nearly double, and my period is due next week so I am officially pre menstrual.
Looking forward to the week ahead, and trying not to obsess about the dizziness.

Thanks Bubble, definately recommend the break thing gives the OH something for them. sorry the dizziness is coming back but what great news that you have had 14 good days, it is great when things get measurably better isnt it.
What have you got planned this week? How is your baby doing?

Hi Kat,
Read your post on Jo's page, yes Croyde is beautiful, we have been there a handful of times but can't face the 5 hour drive anyomre with 2 bubbas, so we go to a much closer Butlins, which our son loves.
Haven't got much planned this week, trying to sell our property at the moment so have some viewings to do, which I hate, much rather let my OH deal with it but ofcourse they want to come when he is working, so will nedd to ask someone to be here with me when they come. Baby is doing really well, she has just started eating now and seems to be sleeping through better now so thats a blessing, but don't want to speak too soon! Thinking I want to come off meds soon, but am very nervous about it, they do make me twitchy, if u know what I mean, like minor occassional involuntary movements, but I worry if I will go back to being dizzy all the time if I do, or whether my recent progress is more due to being in a calmer state of mind?

Hi bubble
It sounds as though you had a lovely weekend...it def sounds as though the dizziness starts leading up to your period...exactly the same for me and im with you on the involuntary movements, I used to twitch like a mad thing! How long have you been on the meds now?
I have been to Croyde once a long time ago but remember the beach being beautiful..its quite a surfy little place isn't it?
I hope your viewings go well this week on your house and that you have a lovely week, lots of love xx

Hi all, Had a nice morning, walked to shops with Bubba while little boy out with Nannie. Dizziness seems to have calmed a little today so far, although not completely gone.
Jo, Its funny that is seems to subside after period and come back just before and during, but then I suppose its all hormone related, been on the meds since 12th April so coming up for two months now, still early days I know, but would rather not be on them if possible. Croyde is lovely, yes quite a surfy place, lovely beaches though, stunning.
WG, Just had viewing, seemed lovelt couple, fingers crossed! saw a psychic last week who said we will move very soon, have a nice garden and a dog, so heres hoping!
Hope u all having good days

HI Bubble
Not sure how long you have been on the drugs but you need to take them for at least six months, they are not like antibiotics or painkillers and work immediately, they need to be given time for your brain to recover before they can be withdrawn. Perhaps winegirl can remember the stats but I think 50% of people relapse if stopping drugs after six months and only 10% do after a year. Winegirl you probably are more up to date than me.
So on to your little girl, would love to hear what she is doing at the moment. T my nine month old has just got to the point that he gets totally excited everytime I enter the room and gets all anxious when I leave, so lovely
Keep well and looking forward to hearing how your week goes
Kat

Hi mate
I know its such a bugger about the dizziness but I think it somehow makes it easier to deal with when you can relate it to something i.e. menstruation...makes it a bit easier to accept somehow!
With regards to your meds, I totally get what you are saying about rather not being on them but I know the advice is you should ideally stay on them at least 6 months after you feel well again....just as Kat says, your brain needs time to recover first. Perpaps go and have a chat with your GP and see what they advise.
I hope today is another good one for you...we have grotty weather here today which looks set to stay for the week...how about you? xx
