Well just done my first night of taking the new meds. They didn't make me drowsy and i didn't get much sleep hopefully that will improve. On a good note I havent experienced any horrible side effects yet! And hopefully wont either! X

Oh glad they didn't make u drowsy! Did they say how long it would take for them to kick in? It's usually a good few weeks before meds start to have any effect. Glad you went to ur gp though x

Hey. They are faster acting so ive been told and i should see an improvement in two weeks. My sleeping isn't very good despite the fact that these are supposed to be good for that, but it may settle. I feel ok. A little more relaxed but not really any different but im glad I do not feel worse! Xx

That's positive. As SJ said it can take a couple of weeks for meds to kick in so here's hoping by March you'll be picking upx

Yesterday was a bad day. I cried alot and juat felt like nothing will ever change. I feel abit calmer at times yet im also more jumpy in general if that makes sense? Im still not feeling confident enough to go out by myself with the children :(yet. I woke up to a panic attack but I feel better now, the weather is brighter too so I think that may have something to do with it.Thank you for asking Monica x

Oh no sorry you had a bad day yesterday, I suppose the thing to remember is that even if ur tablets are fast acting it's likely you will feel worse before you start to feel better. The weather makes a huge difference to mood doesn't it?! I notice that about myself too.
Hope things improve for you asap xx

thank you Sarah. I cant complain really as I haven't felt to much worse wich would have been absolute hell if I would have! Its just a case of giving these meds a few weeks to (hopefully) Kick in. I am on the starting dose to so I expect that will need to be upped too xx
