My little boy was five yesterday I developed pni after his birth. When I had his I weighed six stone less than now. My eldest was just eight and before he was born I was another stone lighter and climbed regularly. I have decided enough is enough I have to get back to me. I am like this because I ate too much because I didn't want live so why worry about being fat because I take quertiapine which causes weight gain and because I stopped climbing. I am going to be me again I thought I would start the diary

You go girl!!! You sound amazingly positive so I'm sure you can do it. Do you have a plan of how? Food? Exercise? I think the diary is a great idea. X xx

I need to be this is the final mountain in my recovery and maybe the toughest of the lot.
So plan
1. Writing things down honestly here and getting support from you girls 2. Going to see a fat surgeon to see if a gastric band would help 3. Trying the.couch to five k.programme 4. Using my fitbit with my fitness pal 5. Doing other stuff to make me feel better e.g. Doing my veg beds spending more time on my face, getting everything health wise done e.g.smear etc
Still had birthday cake for breakfast :-)

Sounds good....especially the cake for breakfast ? I did the couch to 5k...was really good...I couldn't run for more than 1 minute without getting out of breath and I'm now managing over three miles...it really works! X

Everything in moderation!! Chocolate is good, not only for the body but the soul too ;-) don't deny yourself, just learn moderation! ( note to self....take own advice) I love this thread....it's got me thinking about me.....xxx

You r on hols - it's always so much harder to reign in the food especially since it's there! Nat and I used my fitness pal before and urs great!

Hi girls seem to have put on a few pounds on holiday grrrrrrrr. still been more careful today did half an hour aerobic at the gym. treated myself to an ipod to load up couch to 5k podcasts.
