Haha focus I am renowned for being focused. turn it to my advantage. So been great few days diet wise not perfect but controlled.
So on fat surgery I went to a specialist clinic and I saw the dietician first He was great spent a whole hour talking too me about my weight eating habits mental health etc I learned a lot firstly even if I get the weight off without surgery it is more than likely to go back on but the surgery is likely to keep it off. Two surgical options firstly the reversible band 90% chance of success and I am likely to loose 5 stone. Second option sleeve gastrectomy that's permanent and I will likely lose everything particularly as I do lots of exercise and although I am eligible I am not a total disaster bmi wise.
Interesting you have to go on a near starvation diet for a few weeks before to.shrink the liver as small as possibly Then you have the surgery and it takes between three and nine weeks to be able to eat properly. That in itself would lead to drastic weight loss
After the consultation I was not sure at all but this morning I woke up.so relieved by the possible solution I am quite excited. Yesterday I totally rejected the sleeve but now that our could cure me you can't cheat like the other one apparently people do things like melt chocolate to get round it.
Going to sleep on it but think I will go back and see the surgeon and get the drugs checked out

I don't know much about meds etc but a lot of them affect weight - if u had the band would meds affect the success of the op? Maybe tweaking meds if ur up to it would help?
All really positive x
