Hi all,
Has anyone else felt like tiredness is a symptom that hangs around...? I feel like anxiety has been replaced by tiredness! If I am relaxed about it and accept it, it lessens, if I start stressing about it then it feels overwhelming. My previous technique for dealing with tiredness has been to ignore it and work myself harder but I think if I do that now I'll feel worse again. Any tips please?

I think berocca sounds like a good idea. I would stay clear of energy drinks. They are just so bad for you. Are you taking any supplements?
