i had it 3 years ago. The foggy head/dizzy feeling has come back a few times usually when i'm worrying about something. Not been poorly for a while but I've had a stomach bug followed by chicken pox and it's taken alot out of me. My son had chicken pox 2 weeks ago and I've never had them so I had a feeling I would get them soon after.

Hi
You sound run down hence the retirn of this symptom. I'm sure as you recover the foggiheadedness will dissipate.
Funnily enough ice also felt this way today but I've got blocked sinuses so not sure if it's linked to that? I've been recovered about 10 yrs. I had another child after the one I got PNI with. I noticed when he was a baby when very tired this particular symptom used to return but I never got PNI again fortunately.
Try to look after yourself - not easy I know with kids to look after! I know adult chicken pox can really knock you for six. Do you have any help and support ? X

starting to feel a bit better. Thank you for always replying Monica. It really has taken it out of me. I've had quite a bit of help, just tried to get back to exercise this weekend because that seems to clear my fuzzy head feeling a little It's crazy how after been well for about half a year it can come back especially when I've been back on antidepressants since xmas.

Hope the exercise helped you. I find exercise especially anything cardio, makes a huge difference.
I guess the chicken pox really runs you down in every way. I remember my dad having it as an adult and he was bedridden for over a week and dreadfully unwell. Eat well, take vitamins just to boost your immune systemx
