Welcome to our site!
I'm so sorry you're struggling with such difficult symptoms. It must be hard coping with a baby whilst you feel ill and also don't know what's causing these symptoms .
I'm not a health care practitioner so can't give you a medical diagnosis but PNI can manifest itself with physical symptoms. I started to suffer with eye problems , foggy headedness, tingling , extreme fatigue when my baby was 4 months old. This fuelled my anxiety and my symptoms worsened. I too had lots of tests - all gave a normal result. In the end I took anti depressants which made me feel better and I'm sure quickened my recovery. It was still a difficult journey but it helped hugely.
What does your dr say? Some people don't want to take Antidepressants - there are pros and cons to these. I would really start to look after yourself . Exercise helped me hugely. If you are feeling anxious and depressed perhaps you'd be able to access a counsellor ? Talking about how you feel and learning coping techniques can help hugely .
Pls keep talking to us as we understand what you're going through x

Hi there
Hang on in there if you can. It's normal to feel worse for a few weeks whilst the meds get into your system . I certainly did. The side effects you're having sound normal and should start to lift in a week or so. If you find them unbearable maybe see your dr? I was prescribed diazepam to help me through as it can relax you a little.
Fingers crossed things start to pick up quickly. Which meds are you taking? X

Hi
Im no expert but i believe that's an older type of drug and quite mild. When I started antids my anxiety, which was bad went through the roof. The angles of the walls seemed strange which freaked me out and I felt 'odd'. After 2-3 weeks I noticed that for the first time in months I didn't cry, then I noticed I actually laughed , I started to be able to leave the house , most of my physical symptoms went.
Hang on in there - maybe see your dr for reassurance? When is your next appt? X

I took citalopram - Drs have their preferred ones. Really hang on in there. Your anxiety and symptoms will feel worse because of this initial period . It's really positive you're sleeping better x

Hi there
I'm sorry you're struggling. The symptoms can be awful . Which antids are you taking. It's normal to feel worse initially - I think I felt dreadful for 2-3 weeks then slowly things started to lift. If you're struggling could you visit your dr for reassurance. Sometimes they can prescribe something for short term help like diazepam .
Keep talking x
