Welcome!
I’m so sorry you’re struggling with these awful symptoms and by the sounds of it have no answers for.
Have you visited your dr - if so what did he say? Have you had any tests?
My own story starts at 4 mths pp with my second son. I started having problems with my eyes after an exhausting week. Sensitivity to light, feeling of grainy eyes , pressure behind one of my eyes. Shortly after I started to feel really foggy hesddd as if I wasn’t really here or very deep inside the shell of my body. No one could give me an explanation all blood tests were fine. My mental health plummeted and I got dreadful anxiety along with other physical symptoms. How do you feel in yourself?
In the end I took antids and they helped hugely and I got my life back. The anxiety did turn to depression though.
For some unknown reason some women are plagued with physical symptoms - causes can be varied but often there isn’t a test which will provide answers. I think I had some sort of adrenal fatigue . For others it appears epidurals, hormone changes, etc can be triggers for post natal illness depression where symptoms manifest themselves physically .
Recovery will happen so don’t give up hope. If you haven’t get the dr to run blood tests - thyroid issues can lead to physical symptoms for illness. If you suffering from anxiety depression tackle that. That can lead to physical symptoms. Eat well do some exercise - the latter helped hugely. Have you got help and support? And do things for you - this whole body approach can really help.keep talking x

I just wanted to add that anxiety can produce horrible horrible physical symptoms in itself . Feeling continuously spaced out is a fairly common one of these as told to me by a community psychiatric nurse - hang on in there. You will recover x

Hi Valentine,
So sorry to hear you aren't feeling great. Pni can manifest itself in the form of physical symptoms and lots of people find this. What made you think it could be pni linked? Have you experienced any emotional difficulties alongside it? Have you been to the DR about the physical symptoms you have been experiencing? X
