The title says it all I should be asleep now and always have been daughter good sleeper at 31/2 - i get these times and suffer for days after. But then I had nightmares too.I dreammed I was in an old style victorian mad house with no escape and no-one to care!!!


Does it mean I think I belong there or i am going there!!!!?

I still have 1 or 2 nights like this a week - usually when I'm working. Feel as if I see every hour of thenight and then feel terrible for the next two days....

It's so frustrating isn't it?
