Sleep was a problem for me at first as I couldn't lie down and breathe easily. Night times were just one long panic attack. Love bed now - but still work hard at sleeping. Finally have started reading again and accept and appreciate that it's great that the breathing problem has gone and for the first time in ages, I'm able to sleep on my back again But then next stage, no matter how early I got to bed - I still wanted more. I just seemed to spend any spare time sleeping. I got the tingly, pins and needles too - how's things with you now? Hopefulx

Hi hopeful
Yes sleep is still a problem although not as bad as before. I can get to sleep now but wake up from time to time during the night and am unable to sleep again for ages. Then feel absolutely shattered. Always feel really tired and feel like I am dragging my body about!!
Also have tingly in whole of body sometimes like now when I literally sitting here chilling. Headaches have lessened although I can get a sharp pain in my head out the blue. Felt quite nauseus today.. Aahh the list goes on!!

Hi Smiley, Know what you mean about waking and not sleeping again - very frustrating and stressful (esp. the next day). I have just about started to sort my sleep and usually head up about 10 and delighted to find myself dropping off too (up with 2nd at the mo though.. ) Also can identify with sharp head pain and nausea. Good news is - don't get it much at all now - just notice it more if I do. In fact, I am starting to wonder if the two are linked (adrenalin rush, brain blood arteries/ vessels expand, contract??) Sorry you're going through this - we are here for youx Hopefulx
