Hi Carlie
Good to hear from you. Yes I can totally relate to head moving but brain not, and the headaches, and nausea and the pressure on top of your nose! Its horrendous and does feel never ending! I Like you am always questioning whether I am suffering because of a bug or if it's the PNI, and think I panic more at the idea of being a bug (as it may mean that I could actually vomit).
I have been suffering 17 months now, but since starting th meds am having the odd good day, whcih gives me hope it wont be forever.
I know exactly how tough it is. Wish I could do something to help you x
Always here to talk x

I end up just stayin home just incase it is a bug and i go out and end up bein sick! How often do you suffer these physical symptoms now? I could cope with just feelin low its the physical stuff on top tht drives me mad! I dont get how depression can do all these physical things to us? especially things like the pressure on ya nose?! thanx for replying xx

Hi Carlie
It has eased off alot. Since being on the meds I do have some good days and I am assured that itwill get to a point where all the bad days just disappear.
I have no ides how our mental health can cause all this physical stuff, its nuts x I have questiones it every day since suffering. I am with you 100% on the being sick thing as it is my biggest fear. If you go to the chemist you can get an over the counter drug for nausea called Buccastem which I have found really helps with the nausea.
How has today been for you ? Here whenever you want to talk about it x
