HI JM
Yeah, I just replied in your other thread about it. It was an awful feeling, but it was one of the first PNI sysmptoms to go for me as the meds kicked in. And I look back now in reflection and realise nothing bad ever happened when i felt like that, but it is an absolutely dreadful feeling.
I think quite a few women who have suffered anxiety on here have suffered this too, but it DOES go, I am proof x

Hi,
Yeah I can say I suffered it a little at thr start of my meds, esp with the epilepsy ones, then on top of that the anitds. I always put it down to the meds. It passed for me, sure it will for you too xx

Yes, I think this is a symptom of panic attack as well (see panic attack thread). I spent about first few months feeling like I was looking down on myself and especially so when having conversations with others. But when I had panic attacks I felt like I was having a bad trip. Like someone had spiked my drink and I was totally 'oof my head'. Dizzy, blurred vision etc.
Awful!

thats a good way to describe it racheal... i always say to my doctor i feel like im stoned... but not in a good way. the feelin unreal and this symptom is really bad at the moment. am tryna convince myself its just a symptom of anxiety but its very hard. along with this comes not bein able to think straight feel like i dont know what am doing and feelin confused.. its very scary.
