I've been thinking ...
How about raising some money for pni.org.uk ? Some have decided they'd like to be sponsored to say lose some weight? How about you? Would you be interested in joining in?
For those fortunate enough not to need to lose any weight - how about doing something else sponsored? Or maybe selling some clutter or doing a party or similar? We could set a target for the weight loss and have it over the same weekend that others may be planning to do their other fundraisers?
What do you think? If there's enough interest sponsor forms may be provided...am looking into getting something knocked up to be emailed to anyone who would like one.
Let me know what you think?

I could certainly do with losing some weight but my husband has just said "My money's safe then!!!!!!" but I would give it a go! Let me know any details. Marion.

I could do with losing some too! I ate like a pig when I was preg with GJ, and now have some weight to lose! Maybe, just a thought but I could ask the school if they would do something???

Yeah all ideas welcome. Anything that raises awareness of pni and if it raises money - even better eh?

How about sponsering something like a £ for a pound. Or whatever is appropriate?
Maybe we could help each other with ideas and keep an online diary here about it?
With a new born, it can be hard - but just joining in could be fun ;D

Sure - there's a basic one drawn up and ready for approval so get thinking about how you're going to lose the weight. I've been following a 3 day diet (suits me fine as the other 4 days you eat what you like - so far lost 10 lbs!) www.thecolumn.org/3-day-diet.asp

Well we just need to set a date and get going - anyone have any preferences? HOw long would you like to start the dieting ?
Please remember that the sponsored diet is not exclusive - anyone is free to join in (sponsor forms will be provided - just PM me) and also if you don't fancy losing some weight why not do something else sponsored - there are many options. Just let us know what you plan to do then we can give you the support and encouragement on here to go for it x x Look forward to hearing your ideas x

Hi YoYo
I think I'm prepared to do the sponsored diet - but I'd want to start as soon as possible as it could be hard to shift!! Did you say the deadline was sometime in May?
