Dear man in need of answers
I am afraid I can not give you any.
It is very difficult to say really if your partner not wanting you now she is pregnant has anything to do with hormones or not.
You give us very little information of the situation so it would be wrong for anyone to draw any conclusions.
I think it may be helpful for you to consider what your relationship was like before the pregnancy and try to disscuss the reasons with her.
However I will say that pregnancy is a time of great change in many things as well as hormone change and your perspective on things can alter greatly.
Sometimes a relationship you were perfectly happy with pre- pregnancy might not seem the relationship you want to bring up a child within.
I am not suggesting this is true in your case but it is an easy option to put everything down to hormones - hormones do not make women unable to be rational and make informed decisions - just make things more difficult to cope with sometimes
While women do sometimes start to have the first signs of Post natal illness in pregnancy I think it is far too early for you to put anything down to this.
So all you can do as the father of the baby is respect her wishes and be there if she needs you. As her pregnancy procceeds things may become clearer.
I know this is a hard thing to do, but it is probably all you can do if she has made this decision.
