Well we are on Facebook now. I have put a link on our facebook page to the event. One of the men on my list just messaged me and asked for a 100 tickets to sell as he works in an employment agency Am also hoping to get one of the races with a trophy in the charity's name, would be nice if it is a yearly event. Am waiting for an email back from the man at the track as I wanted to double check everything and as long as we get 100 people through his doors he will be happy !!!!! Never done anything this big now, how many grey hairs will I get from this lol Liz x

Hi ALL
Hope Liz wont mind me putting this on but trying to help Liz with the night at the dogs and I have managed to get two stands - one at my child nursery - they are having a summer fayre and the other at the shopping centre. I have a big display board from work and putting the web site etc and info on PNI but wondered if there was any of the cookbooks or wrist bands etc that we could have for the stand and could sell and also any leaflets or extra info to make it as professional as poss.
They are also letting us sell tickets for the night at the dogs at both stands so really good news.
If anyone could let me or Liz know that would be great.

Hi all
I really need to get hold of a copy of the charities liability insurance and was praying that the charity has one otherwise we will not be able to hold the stand in the shopping centre.
Please can anyone let me know and provide me with a copy of it.
I need this asap.
Thanks

Dear Little Lotty Have not heard from you as yet re insurance? I will arrange something if you give me the dates and times - I have PMed and emailed you with my phone number. If anyone does any fund raising or other events if they can could they take photos i.e in this case in the shopping center, as it woud be nice to0 show what members do? What shopping center in Hampshire is it by the way.......... ?? a very long time ago I lived in Hampshire - at first in Kingsclear a small Hampshire village and then for our sins my father worked on constructing the new homes and the shopping center in Basingstoke !!! But this was in the 1960s!!!! When we first lived there Basingstoke was a small market town with a weekly cattle market - when we moved it was a huge new town classed as a London Overspill town - it was a lovely little town but turned into something so much different and my father was partly to blame!!!
However Hampshire was my 'territory' as a teenager so know nearly every town and village in Hampshire Sorry just reminiscing !! I tend to do this now I am older!! - Anyway Please get in touch re the insurance I can not do anything until I hear from you Veritee XX

Hi Liz
I have spoken to Veritee today and she is going to get it for the day so hope it will be in time. I have been going through the yellow pages for sponsoring the races and think I might have got lots more!!! I also wrote to the MP this morning telling them about the crap service that women get with PNI and I would like to meet him to discuss this further!!!!
Hope you are well.
