Pregnant for the second time

Hello everyone
I am pregnant for the second time and am already a full time mum to my 2 year old son. I had really bad PND with Jamie (my son) and i am worried it is going to happen again. I am scared and although I am only 4 weeks gone am have these worries that i wont bond with the baby and that i will end up pushing jamie out again. (i was so bad that i couldnt stand to be near him at one point). i m already very tired and stressed and dont want it to get any worse

any help or advice would be great

I am sorry if we seemed to have missed you here - I think its because we do not look in the pregnancy section for new posts as much if we are not pregnant - we only come here to answer those we know who are pregnant

but I will look out for you now.

I can not help through direct experience because i only ever had one baby - the thought of having another terrified me and i had all sorts of negative feelings about having another for about 5 years.

and then when I was fully recovered i wanted to complete my family with the two i had always wanted - but it was too late !
I had not been young when i had my only daughter and 5 years on I found I had reached menopause

So while I can not offer you advice from my own experience I can let you know how others have coped with being pregnant again

but perhaps they will tell you themselves ?
i feel i am being a bit useless as this is something i never did , but in fact many, many women on here have had other babies after one they had PNI with and its been OK - so hopefully they will share their experiences with you - but it might take a day or two as many who did this are recovered now and only pop in here now and then
but you are very brave and I hope it all goes OK
