Hi girls Sorry I kind of disappeared off the radar for a bit there. Thank you all for your congratulations. Well guess what..have PNI for the 2nd time round and it sucks just as much this time! On the plus side I went to the docs when LO was barely 2 weeks old of my own accord (which I was a bit proud of!) and got started on the old happy pills again! We also moved house when he was 2 weeks old so that probably didn't help! I'm starting to feel a bit more human again and feeling strong enough to post and (hopefully) support others again. I have a question though, 1 of my friends recently lost her baby in the last month of pregnancy, what on earth can I do to help her? Any advice? Thanks girls xx

Hi Sorry to hear you're not feeling too good but glad you've been to drs and are feeling better. having a baby and moving house - aren't they two of the most stressful things you can do? ! Your poor friend - it must be such a traumatic time for her. We lost a baby last year, although it was earlier than your friend (19 weeks). I found that jusst people being there really helped adn asking after us. A lot of people didn't talk about it and that includes close friends and after a few months people tend to forget, but the suffering continues and I actully felt worse. On a practical level, I found collating a 'memory book' helped as did getting my thoughts on paper. I've got all the sympathy cards, poem from funeral, baby's prints etc. Maybe suggest something like this to her and perhaps help her do it as it can be hard having to tackle sometehing so painful like this on her own. Is she adn her family getting any support? There are organisations who can help. Do keep posting and let us know how you're getting on. Love monica
