As I logged on, I was keeping my fingers crossed that I saw our familiar green background load up. Yippee!
Hope we all have a good day today, it would definately be good if we could keep up the general chit chat, ;D, nothing like a good old natter.

Do you know if they are allergic to feathers as well? If they aren't maybe a cockatiel/budgie or parrot depending on your space. If feathers are a problem the only thing I can think of is something from the reptile family... Tortoise, Terrapin, or Iguana, obviuosly also snakes, but that may have sent the fear of god into you Also the idea of an aquarium, but you cant really handle fish, but they can look pretty though. Thats all I can come up with for now. Good Luck!!

Thanks Chica - must look into feathers, good idea She was set on a lizard but we've sort of steered her away from this as apparantly they eat live insects - (er, no thanks ) LOL Then on Sunday we went for a tortoise - but hell they're expensive!! So this afternoon, I'm off to loook at a baby mouse in the local pet shop ( I know it has fur but it is really tiny.....oooo, makes the thought of it escaping even worse ) Hxx

Ooo, that's what started it - as there is a pond opposite the house and we found a greater crested newt (christened 'littly') in the drain. He had to go back as obviously a protected species....
...anways, now a proud owner of a hamster called cocoa ;D
