Hi Folks,

Was doing a bit of research on the Web and found this article:

For any of you who are pregnant and suffering with depression/anxiety/ocd, this article might help you in making a decision whether to take a/d's.

There's SO much conflicting advice that us poor Mum's don't know what to do for the best.

Hope this help a little and if anyone thinks this would be better placed in the pregnancy section, by all means transfer.

Nerves kicking in now! Have been a few times and its a lovely place. I've made a few friends already and looking forward to meeting them and the new experience!

Hiya AM,

I'll be there mid July hun. When you get settled get yourself involved with all the expats and those that are preggo especially, or with young kids. Go to the beach, shopping malls, keep yourself mentally active...and of course that D. forum is a hive of info. I'm down as Scarlet on there as well, we were meant to move 3 years ago LOL if you look at my last posts. I don't post often but check the site periodically, so if you ever want a bit of support, pm me there hun.

A huge hug and this is a new beginning, so go with the flow AM and have a fab new life hun.
