Anyone else had this?

Ok, this is kinda embarrassing, but do/did any of you have a constant pressure 'downstairs'? Almost like flutters, which get worse when anxious?

I think its all the adrenalin pumping around but its really annoying and am constantly checking myself. Its creeping me out. I finally managed to find something last night on the net which says its associated with anxiety and nuerosis.

Just wanted to see if anyone else had this?

Yes, I had terrible IBS for a long time, and loads of stomach problems. They all disappeared when I was about 80% well. Stomach problems are very common with anxiety. Did you ever read this extensive list of anxiety symptoms (in General thread).

Hi Winegirl,

No, I could cope with tummy upsets - not meaning that to anyone that is going though it, I just find this worse!!! Much worse.

It really annpys me and I'm always checking myself!

Well I thought I had had all the anxiety symptoms but have to say I haven't had that one! Do you think it is something you could ask GP about? Guess it makes sense with all teh adrenalin going on that it could affect down there too ?

I know - I've never suffered with it before with anxiety either. Oh well, hopefully that'll be another thing the a/d's will help with!!!!!

Hi AM,

How far along are you?. Could be pregnancy related hun, as allsorts of things happen to your nether regions during this time.
My last son was low lying and I felt pressure on all my bits down below from early on. Perhaps it's that, or do you think it's something to do with your bowel? (nervous bowel or something like that)
We are not embarrassed at all, so if you want to elaborate, please do, I always wanted to be a doctor... :
